• Nature of Product: Since wallpapers are digital products accessible immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
• Technical Issues: If you face any technical issues, please contact our support team to resolve the issue.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the NueWalls mobile application operated by TKG Tech World Pvt Ltd.

1. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of TKG Tech World Pvt Ltd.

2. User License

Personal Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute or sell any part of the App or wallpapers unless permitted.

3. Subscription and Payments

All payments are processed through the Google Play Store billing system. By making a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information.

4. Refund Policy (Strictly Non-Refundable)

All sales of digital content are final. Refunds are only handled as per Google Play Store's standard refund policy at their discretion.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the App for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated systems to scrape content.

6. Limitation of Liability

TKG Tech World Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
